2. Nature of the Platform

Nomlie is a concept demonstration that illustrates how a personalised mRNA cancer vaccine platform for companion animals could potentially operate. It is not a commercial product, service, medical device, or clinical tool. The Platform exists solely for educational and illustrative purposes. No real clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic function is performed.

All data displayed on the Platform, including patient cases, genomic analyses, neoantigen predictions, treatment timelines, and monitoring dashboards, is entirely fictitious and was created for demonstration purposes only.

3. Permitted Use

You may access and view the Platform for educational, informational, and personal evaluation purposes only. You may explore the demonstration features to understand the concept being presented.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Use the Platform or any of its content for actual clinical decision-making, veterinary treatment, or patient care
• Use the Platform or any of its outputs for drug development, pharmaceutical research, vaccine manufacturing, or regulatory submissions
• Incorporate any data, output, prediction, or concept from the Platform into any treatment protocol for any animal
• Represent or imply that the Platform is a real, operational product or service
• Upload real patient data, clinical records, or any sensitive information to the Platform
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform for human medical purposes of any kind

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, content, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Nomlie and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

6. No Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. No representation is made that any information, feature, or demonstration on the Platform is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomlie, its creator, contributors, and any associated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Platform. This includes any reliance on content, demonstrations, or concepts presented on the Platform.

8. Waitlist and Email Collection

The Platform offers an optional waitlist feature where you may provide your email address to express interest in future developments. By submitting your email, you consent to us storing your email address and contacting you about Nomlie updates. You may unsubscribe at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
